To host a course, there must be a minimum of 15 paid participants or
more depending on the location. In
return for hosting and assistance in marketing the course, the host agency may
receive complimentary seats in the training course. All
course registration is to be through FSA. Please see below for guidelines and
training questionnaires. For more

GUIDELINES
FOR ON-SITE COURSE REGISTRATION
FSA Training Center will send an instructor(s) to locations per
each customer request. Not all
classes will need an FSA instructor to come out beforehand.
For us to obtain as much information on the training site as
possible, please use the following guidelines:
1. On-site shooting range inspection: for safety reasons
shooting premises will be inspected by the instructor before the training
date. If this is not possible, please provide us with photos or an upper-view
drawing of the site. We also need to know the availability of shooting equipment
and targets. First aid, communication, and water must be present on
site.
2. Firearm inspection: all firearms will be inspected by the
instructor/s.
3. Registration Form:
must be completed by an individual or by a group.
4. Training Questionnaire: must be completed by the training
coordinator for the whole group, or for an individual. Complete online and Email
as an attachment to FSA-BEFORE attending the course. No
exceptions.
5. Medical Questionnaire: EACH participant must complete this
form. Mail or Email back as an attachment to FSA. BEFORE attending the course.
No exceptions.
5. Liability release form: EACH student will sign this form upon
arrival.
6. Exercise plan: we recommend exercising before our tactical
courses. Per request, we can provide a 14-day recommended physical exercise plan.
Most of FSA’s tactical courses are strenuous.

10. Background check: all civilians are subject to criminal
background check for all firearms courses (except residents of states presenting
current concealed handgun license and/or current military & police personnel).
